Choose between a prepaid shipping label to print at home or a QR code for a printerless drop-off at your nearest carrier location.
Pack Your Items
Place your items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the garment is neatly folded to prevent damage.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to the designated carrier; you will receive a confirmation email once our warehouse has processed your refund or exchange.
